Over the last seven days, new job postings for Backend Engineers in the US saw no change, holding steady at seventy-two. This stability occurred while overall new job postings in the US fell twenty-six percent, from four thousand six hundred twelve to three thousand three hundred ninety-three.
The static number of Backend Engineer postings could be due to several factors. Employers may be maintaining existing roles rather than creating new ones, or the crawl may have captured a similar number of roles in both periods. It is also possible that demand for these specific skills remains consistent.
In the US, California posted the most Backend Engineer roles, with fourteen, followed by New York with ten, and Texas with eight. Coherent Corp. US, Affirm, and L3Harris Technologies were among the top employers posting jobs for Backend Engineers.
