Nike job postings rise 69 percent in Oregon

Nike added job postings in Oregon over the last seven days. The company posted twenty-seven new positions, a rise from sixteen postings in the prior week. This marks a sixty-nine percent increase in job advertisements.

This rise may be a response to increased hiring needs within the company's retail operations. It could also reflect a broader strategy to expand its presence in the state. The figures are part of a larger context where overall new job postings in Oregon fell by seventeen percent during the same period.

Gee Automotive Companies and MTC also saw significant increases in job postings in Oregon. Gee Automotive Companies added one hundred eighty percent more postings, while MTC saw a one hundred twenty-five percent rise. Adventist Health experienced a fifty percent increase in job postings, the highest percentage increase for any employer in the state.
