New York saw a one hundred sixty four percent rise in Backend Engineer job postings, with twenty nine new jobs posted in the recent period compared to eleven before. California also experienced an eighty six percent increase, posting thirty nine new roles versus twenty one previously. This rise in postings reflects the data found in the recent crawl.
Texas, however, experienced a significant fall, with sixty two percent fewer Backend Engineer job postings. Twenty three new jobs were posted in Texas in the latest period, down from sixty one before. This decline suggests a shift in demand for this role within the state.
The increase in New York may be attributed to several factors. It is possible that companies like Raydar, Fanatics Betting & Gaming, and Fanatics Inc. are actively expanding their engineering teams. The growth could also be driven by a general increase in demand for backend services across various industries within the state.
