Accenture and Zensar show significant rise in Data Engineer job postings in India

The overall number of new Data Engineer job postings in India fell by seven percent in the week ending October 14, with one hundred twenty three postings compared to one hundred thirty two in the prior week. This overall dip may be influenced by several factors, possibly including a seasonal slowdown or a reallocation of recruitment resources by some companies.

However, the landscape for specific employers showed considerable movement. Zensar saw its Data Engineer job postings surge by one hundred twenty five percent, adding nine postings compared to four in the previous period. Accenture experienced an even more dramatic increase, with postings rising by two thousand three hundred percent, from one posting to twenty four.

Conversely, Genpact's Data Engineer job postings fell by fifty nine percent, from twenty two to nine. These shifts could reflect differing hiring needs or project pipelines at these companies, with Accenture and Zensar potentially ramping up their recruitment for this role, while Genpact may be scaling back.
