Nokia posted five hundred and fourteen percent more software engineer jobs in the last 28 days compared to the prior period. This surge saw postings rise from forty two to two hundred and fifty eight. The total number of software engineer jobs posted across all companies rose by thirty nine percent, from eight thousand seven hundred and fifty one to twelve thousand one hundred and thirty two.

This sharp rise in postings for Nokia may be driven by several factors. The company could be expanding its engineering teams to support new product development or technological advancements. It is also possible that the crawl captured a large batch of previously unposted or newly created roles.

Other employers also showed varied changes in software engineer job postings. JPMorgan Chase added nine percent more postings, while Accenture saw a massive eleven thousand two hundred percent rise. Emerson, however, experienced a fall of fifty three percent in its software engineer job postings. The base for Nokia's postings was very small before, meaning that even a few additional roles could make the percentage change look dramatic and potentially be noise.
