New job postings in Wisconsin fell by forty four percent in the last seven days, with two thousand nine hundred fifty eight postings compared to five thousand two hundred forty two in the prior week. Dove Healthcare, however, posted one thousand eight hundred thirty three percent more jobs, adding fifty eight postings. Ascension also saw a rise, posting one hundred percent more jobs for a total of sixty eight.

The fall in overall postings may be due to seasonal hiring patterns. The surge at Dove Healthcare could reflect a specific hiring initiative or a change in how they report their openings. Ascension's increase might indicate expanding operations or filling newly created roles.

Other major employers showed different patterns. Universities of Wisconsin posted fifteen percent fewer jobs, while The Kroger Co. saw postings fall by sixty two percent and UW Health posted fifty five percent fewer jobs.
