The number of new software engineer job postings from Elastic in Spain saw a fall of fourteen percent. This change is based on six postings in the last twenty eight days, compared to seven postings in the prior period.

The overall number of new software engineer jobs posted in Spain also edged down. There were seventy two postings in the last twenty eight days, a fall of four percent from seventy five postings in the prior period. The base for this figure is small, and a change of just four postings would make it look like noise.

This change may be due to several factors. Elastic may have adjusted its hiring needs. Alternatively, the crawl may have captured fewer postings for the role in this period. The small number of postings means that minor fluctuations can appear significant.
