Software engineer job postings in New York rose by forty-five percent to two hundred sixty seven in the last twenty-eight days, compared to one hundred eighty four postings in the preceding period. This marks an unusual increase.

Among employers, Raydar saw its software engineer job postings surge by eight hundred sixty seven percent, from three to twenty nine. M&T Bank also added job postings, with a three hundred fifty percent rise from four to eighteen.

JPMorgan Chase added job postings, with a fourteen percent rise from seventy two to eighty two. American Express, however, posted no change in software engineer job postings, remaining at six.
