This change outpaced the overall New York job market, which saw a twenty-eight percent fall in new job postings during the same period. HEALTHY KIDS PROGRAMS also experienced a substantial rise, with postings increasing three hundred and seventy-five percent.

This surge in Dayforce job postings may reflect a specific hiring initiative or a temporary increase in recruitment needs. It could also be a result of changes in how job openings are reported or categorized by the platform. St. Peter's Health Partners also saw a notable rise, with postings up seventy-three percent.

Other employers like The Smilist and JLL also added job postings, with increases of sixty percent and fifty-five percent respectively. While these employers show growth, the overall number of new job postings in New York decreased from ten thousand two hundred and thirty-five to seven thousand three hundred and twenty-six.
