First Hawaiian Bank job postings surge in Hawaii

First Hawaiian Bank posted four hundred and fourteen percent more jobs in Hawaii during the 28 days ending October 19, compared to the previous 28 days. Cherokee Federal also saw a surge, with postings rising by two hundred and seventy percent. Marriott added two hundred and thirty two percent more job postings.

This growth in job postings may be due to increased business activity or seasonal hiring needs. It could also reflect a broader demand for roles within the banking and hospitality sectors in Hawaii. Sherwin-Williams and Hilton also reported substantial increases in job postings.

Overall new job postings in Hawaii rose by fifty nine percent in the period. First Hawaiian Bank added seventy two new postings, while Cherokee Federal added seventy four. Marriott posted one hundred and ninety six new jobs.
