Openskycs, LCB Senior Living, Allergan show job posting gains in Massachusetts

In Massachusetts, job postings from Openskycs rose by one hundred eighty-three percent, from twenty-four to sixty-eight in the last seven days. LCB Senior Living added job postings, with an increase of one hundred three percent from twenty-nine to fifty-nine. Allergan also saw gains, with eighty-four percent more postings, rising from nineteen to thirty-five.

These changes occurred while overall new job postings in Massachusetts fell by twenty percent, from five thousand seventy-two to four thousand thirty-nine. The base for these employer-specific gains is small, with Openskycs posting sixty-eight jobs and LCB Senior Living posting fifty-nine. A small number of additional postings could create large percentage changes.

The rise in postings for these employers may be due to several factors. Openskycs may have added new roles to its platform, or it could be that the crawl captured more of their existing postings than in the previous period. Similarly, LCB Senior Living and Allergan might be actively recruiting for new positions or increasing their visibility.
