In Missouri, employer job postings experienced a ninety-three percent rise over the last 28 days, with new jobs now at one thousand three hundred fifty-four, up from seven thousand before. This surge was largely driven by significant increases in postings from several key employers.

Caleres saw its job postings increase by two hundred twenty-five percent, adding thirty-nine new postings compared to twelve before. Cosentino's Food Stores posted four hundred sixty percent more jobs, going from twenty to one hundred twelve. Sevita also saw a large rise, with postings up four hundred thirty-two percent from twenty-five to one hundred thirty-three.
