This decline was accompanied by varied performance among individual employers. Macy's posted one hundred percent growth in new job advertisements, adding twenty two postings. Papé added two postings, a fifteen percent rise. Greystar added eight postings, a fifty percent rise.

The rise in job postings at Macy's may be attributed to seasonal hiring needs or specific retail initiatives. Papé's growth could reflect increased operational demands or expansion in certain service areas. Greystar's fifty percent increase might be linked to new property developments or a need for additional property management staff.

Other employers also saw changes in their job posting numbers. PETCO Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. and ABM US each posted increases of fifty percent and thirty percent respectively. These figures indicate diverse hiring activities across different sectors within the state during the reporting period.
