The overall number of new job postings in New Jersey decreased by fifteen percent in the same period, from three thousand seven hundred twenty-four to three thousand one hundred eighty-four. This overall fall may be influenced by several factors, including seasonal hiring patterns or a temporary slowdown in recruitment efforts across various sectors.

Among other employers, Domino's saw job postings fall by forty-three percent, while Inspira Health experienced a rise of one hundred ninety-one percent. Macy's added thirty-two percent more postings, and Johnson & Johnson MedTech posted sixty-four percent more jobs. The reasons for these varied changes could include specific recruitment needs for particular roles or a response to fluctuating business demands.
