Roblox posted thirty percent fewer software engineer job openings in California in the last seven days compared to the prior week. The company posted seven openings in the most recent seven day period, down from ten in the week before. This change is based on a small number of postings, making it susceptible to appearing as noise.
A fall in postings could be due to several factors. It may reflect a reduction in hiring needs for software engineers at Roblox in California. The number of postings could also be influenced by the crawl's findings, rather than solely employer actions.
Other companies in California also saw changes in software engineer postings. ServiceNow added thirty percent more job postings, while Uber saw a plunge of fifty seven percent in its postings over the same seven day period.
