Whole Foods Market Added Job Postings in Massachusetts

Whole Foods Market posted two hundred ninety-seven jobs in Massachusetts in the last twenty-eight days. This is a change from zero postings in the prior twenty-eight-day period. The total number of new jobs posted across Massachusetts rose fifty-six percent to eighteen thousand six hundred twenty-six.

Mass General Brigham added eight hundred forty-five job postings, a rise of thirty-two percent from six hundred thirty-eight. Macy's posted five hundred ten jobs, a fall of forty-five percent from nine hundred thirty-four.

The increase in Whole Foods Market postings may reflect a specific hiring initiative. It could also be due to a change in how job data is reported. The rise in overall postings in Massachusetts may be driven by several factors, including the Go to Mass.gov website adding three hundred seventy-nine postings, a two hundred forty-one percent increase.
