Amgen added seven new data scientist job postings in India in the last twenty eight days, a rise of forty percent from the previous period. This change occurred as the total number of new data scientist jobs posted across India in the same timeframe rose fifty four percent from one hundred and eleven to one hundred and seventy one.
The increase in Amgen's data scientist job postings may be linked to a need for more data analysis to support its research and development efforts. It could also reflect a broader strategy to expand its presence in the Indian market.
In the same period, EXL Talent Acquisition Team saw a thirty one percent fall in data scientist job postings, posting eleven compared to sixteen previously. Genpact, however, posted eleven jobs, a surge of four hundred and fifty percent from two postings in the prior period.

Counts are job postings, not hires, from company career sites that Mogi's crawl found. Compares the 28 days to 2026-10-23 with the 28 days before them. Covers IN, all states, Data Scientist. Employers with fewer than five postings in the last eight weeks are grouped together and left out of the rankings. The company details come from the crawl's company profiles, where the crawl has one.
