New Data Scientist job postings in California surged by one hundred three percent, from thirty to sixty-one in the last twenty-eight days. This rise may be due to increased demand for data analysis in the state's technology sector. It could also reflect a broader push for specialized roles within companies like Allergan and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Michigan also experienced a significant increase, with postings rising by one hundred ninety percent. Illinois saw postings jump by one hundred fifty-three percent. These states may be experiencing similar growth drivers in their respective job markets.
In contrast, Virginia saw a fall of fourteen percent in Data Scientist job postings. Texas remained unchanged with zero percent change.
