In the past four weeks, Michigan saw a surge in data scientist job postings, with one hundred sixty four percent more added compared to the prior period. This increase brought the total to fifty eight postings.
This significant rise in Michigan may be attributed to several factors. It could reflect a growing demand for data science skills within the state's industries, or it may be a result of increased employer activity in posting available roles. The data also shows one hundred percent rise in California and one hundred fifty percent rise in Illinois during the same period.
Virginia, however, experienced a fall of twenty six percent in data scientist job postings, with sixty four added in the most recent period. California added fifty eight postings, a rise of one hundred percent from twenty nine postings in the previous period.
