New job postings for Analytics Engineers in Illinois and New York saw significant increases over the past 28 days, while California experienced a notable rise.
By Felix Hartmann, Mogi Research · Oct 29, 2026
Analytics Engineer job postings in Illinois surged by one hundred thirty-three percent, from three postings to seven. Similarly, New York saw a one hundred twenty percent rise, with postings increasing from five to eleven. California experienced an eighty percent rise, with postings growing from five to nine.
This increase in Illinois postings may be attributed to a few factors. It is likely that Chamberlain Group, with three new postings, is expanding its analytics team. Allergan adding two postings could also contribute to this growth.
The rise in New York postings could reflect a broader demand for analytics talent in the state. In California, the eighty percent rise in Analytics Engineer job postings may indicate increased investment in data analysis roles by companies within the state.
