I. Role Overview The Salesforce Developer is a hands-on build role in A360's Managed Services practice, focused on insurance and financial services clients. This person delivers both declarative and custom solutions across Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components, tests their own work including regression testing, and uses AI agents and skills to accelerate development inside Salesforce. They work closely with the Technical Lead, Consultants, and the PC/BA/QA team throughout the life of an engagement. II.
