Description Purpose: To assist the Self Direction and Payroll Departments in effectively, efficiently and confidentially processing payrates for self-direction staff, review and communicate status changes as needed, review and offer appropriate benefits and work with the Staff Supports division to ensure staff are supported and provided opportunity and education if they are interested in additional support hours. Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures as they relate to payroll.
