The Role As a Lead Product Manager at Alasco, you sit at the centre of how our product organisation works, makes decisions and creates customer and business value. The role has two equally important parts. First: you raise the bar for the entire product organisation. You shape strategy, spare experienced PMs and help make hard trade-offs across teams.
