What You Will Do • Verify the build: Walk sites before install to confirm pathways, tray, racks, frames, labeling, power, and access. Inspect workmanship in progress. Audit finished work with frame and port level checks, end face inspection, and OTDR plus loss plus polarity validation. Author punch lists, verify fixes, sign off readiness. • Own the documentation: Create and update splice plans, fiber and port maps, rack elevations, and one line diagrams in the client systems of record. Standardize naming and labeling across sites. Confirm as builts and inventory match the field at handover. • Lead the field: Run prework reviews, witness testing, escalate issues same day, coach install...
