About the job

Why This Job is Different (and why you'll love it) You'll do work that actually matters to clients. You know why you're doing it and who it's going to help. If you don't believe it will help, we change gears to something that does. Direct client contact. Nobody in between translating requirements. Real conversations with real people about real problems. Small, senior, hands-on team. No offshore relay races, no bureaucracy, no consultant theater. We never push the wrong thing just because it bills more hours. You'll work with AI the way our senior team already does: as a lever, not a crutch. Every consultant here has hands on it from week one, and uses it to meet clients on whatever stack...
