Job Description The proposed PosDoc position will support the project Data-Driven Organizational Skill Networks: Developing a Master Skill Map for Workforce Capability and Gap Analysis. The individual will conduct research involving natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and network analytics to identify, extract, normalize, and analyze workforce skills from heterogeneous organizational datasets.
