As a Principal Data Analyst, you will lead analysis of hospital quality performance and national rankings and ratings programs for current and prospective health system customers, including CMS Star Ratings, U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals, Leapfrog, and CMS pay-for-performance programs (HRRP, HAC, VBP). You will apply deep expertise in quality measure methodology, risk adjustment, and Medicare claims data to replicate program methodologies, explain what is driving a customer's results, and identify the improvement opportunities with the greatest impact on their scores and rankings.
