Position Summary The Director of Data Analytics leads the strategy, development, and implementation of data analytics and reporting to support child welfare service delivery in the state of Texas. In addition, this position leads a team responsible for cleaning and synthesizing large, varied datasets, utilizing specialized databases and computing environments, and employing visualization applications to present data that informs service delivery needs, performance, outcomes, and impact for the organization and its stakeholders.
