Position Summary: The Job Developer plays a pivotal role in advancing Fedcap’s mission to connect individuals with barriers to employment to meaningful, long-term work opportunities. This is both a technical and deeply human role—requiring the analytical skill to assess employer needs and match them with participant skills, and the emotional intelligence to build trust and motivation among participants and employers alike.
