Back-End Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Level Backend Developer experienced in technologies such as Python, Go or .NET, who will be responsible for building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products.

What Makes You a Strong Match:

- 3-5+ years of experience building backend systems using languages such as Python, Go or .NET.

- Experience with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Gin or ASP.NET http://ASP.NET).

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.

- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code practices.

- Proven track record of building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.

- Expertise with SQL and databases, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.

- Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a strong plus.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to architect innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do and Learn:

- Design and implement scalable backend systems.

- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components.

- Lead technical discussions, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders.

- Drive continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics to improve our products.

- Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.

Compensation:

- Gross salary - 3200 - 7000 EUR/month.
