Data Management Lead

We are currently representing a leading global Financial Services firm in the appointment of high-calibre professionals as part of a period of strategic growth and investment. Our client operates at the intersection of corporate, fiduciary and regulatory services, partnering with private equity houses, investment managers and international financial institutions. Backed by long-term institutional investment and an established global brand, the firm is scaling its capabilities, technology and international footprint. Our client is looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to join their growing team in Kraków and help build and mature our core data management capabilities. This is an opportunity to join an organisation at an early stage of its data journey and have genuine influence over how data is structured, managed and used across the business. Rather than inheriting a fully established function, you will help create the frameworks, tools and operating practices that enable trusted reporting, analytics and future AI-enabled capabilities. You will lead a team of Data Management and Data Insight Analysts, working closely with Data Governance, Architecture, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics and business stakeholders to turn data standards into practical, scalable solutions.
