Engineering Software Process Manager Large Projects

Lead the evolution of Hilti's construction software landscape for Large Projects. In this strategic role, Define and drive the construction software landscape for design, engineering, modeling, common data environments and connected interfaces. You will drive the transformation from disconnected workflows to an integrated digital environment, enabling greater efficiency, improved collaboration, and measurable business impact across Engineering Services and Prefabrication.

What You’ll Bring

To help you succeed, we'll provide the support, learning opportunities and collaborative environment needed to create impact from day one. Here's what you'll need to bring with you:
• A Master's degree in systems or software engineering, construction management, computer science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in integrating software in the construction industry; software development experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project management; experience delivering digital transformation in a corporate environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex topics and translate them into executable roadmaps.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in international, virtual teams.
