Product Manager - Growth

We are looking for a Product Manager - Growth to drive lifecycle engagement and CRM-led initiatives. This role will focus on user communication, engagement, and reactivation through targeted and personalized experiences.
About the Job
• Own and optimize CRM channels (push, in-app, notifications, messaging).
• Build and execute lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and retention.
• Work closely with Data teams to define user segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Run experiments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to support campaign execution.
About you
• 4–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement products.
• Familiarity with tools like MoEngage or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce.
• Exposure to personalization or recommendation systems.
