Job Title: SailPoint Developer
Location: Birmingham, AL, Columbia, SC, Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA
Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Work with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to keep critical identity processes reliable while supporting a phased modernization.

• Testing, release support, documentation, root cause analysis, and mentoring other developers.

Requirements

• Hands on development and support experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in a large enterprise environment

• Strong Java and BeanShell skills, including the ability to understand and troubleshoot legacy code

• Experience with IdentityIQ rules, workflows, provisioning, certifications, connectors, aggregations, and lifecycle processes

• Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting

• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations

• Understanding of identity governance, including access reviews, roles, entitlements, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes

• Experience with source control, testing, change management, production releases, and technical documentation

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; able to work across technical and business teams

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience or SailPoint certifications may also be considered.
