At FxPro , we see each team member as an integral part of our success story. As a Senior Java Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our applications. The Aggregator Team is a core backend engineering group within FxPro’s TradeTech department. We design, build, and operate the high-performance, Java-based trading infrastructure that powers FxPro’s trading ecosystem, including pricing engines and integrations with liquidity providers. Our mission is to deliver low-latency, highly reliable, and scalable services for real-time price aggregation, order execution, liquidity connectivity, and exposure/risk management across FxPro’s CFD, investment and banking products. Responsibilities Develop and support high-load, low-latency trading platforms and the microservices around these platforms Design and develop new features in line with business requirements, following company standards for code quality, test coverage, and performance, and using practices such as TDD and BDD. Proactively identify and report issues, vulnerabilities, and other technical problems that exist or might appear in the company's code Collaborate with team members, other teams, project managers, and business analysts to meet the company goals Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a Java Developer (Java 21+) with Spring (Spring / Spring Boot) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline Experience with CI/CD automation In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented programming and S.O.L.I.D. principles Strong development skills: task decomposition, implementation, and testing Experience with the development of microservices, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes Experience in SQL Databases / PostgreSQL / Hibernate TCP/IP networking programming experience(HTTP, gRPC) B2 English or above; knowledge of Russian is an advantage FinTech experience (trading, Forex, investments) is an advantage Our benefits Competitive compensation package Medical insurance Provident fund In-house gym with a personal trainer Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages Company discount card for various products & services 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually FxPro private shuttle bus service from Limassol Birthday gift Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support {for relo positions only} Educational reimbursements & team building allowances Monthly corporate events and activities
