Sr. Business Analyst - Data Engineer

To be successful in this role, you will generally have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, supply chain, or operations required.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Azure, and modern data platforms.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in SQL, Python, Yaml and ETL/data integration processes.

• Proven ability to design and support data pipelines and data engineering solutions.

• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data integrations, and scalable data solutions.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Drive business process improvements through data analysis, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
