Description ACCOUNT DATA ANALYST average $55,000 to $70,000 MISSION: To track and analyze commercial tire performance for key accounts, creating customer reports and presentations in support of our sales efforts and our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Collaborate, create and maintain account dashboards/reports (performance trends, cost-per-hour/cost-per-mile) • Prepare presentations on account performance and scrap-out findings • Support sales reps at key accounts — join customer visits, help present findings • Partner with fleet managers/maintenance leads directly to gather field data • Flag trends that signal a service opportunity or customer risk...
