Description The Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice Group of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP seeks a talented Associate attorney with 3–7 years of litigation experience to join our growing Cyber Litigation team. Experience handling complex commercial litigation, class action defense, or privacy and cybersecurity litigation is preferred. Substantial experience in privacy and data breach litigation is not required, but a demonstrated interest in developing a practice in this rapidly evolving area of law is highly desirable.
