The Associate Engineer , Platform SRE will support, maintain, automate and continuously improve Microsoft Windows server and platform infrastructure across LSEG environments. The role will focus on platform reliability, operational support, automation, monitoring, security and continuous improvement across on-premises, hybrid-cloud and public-cloud environments. A key part of the role is applying ITIL/ITSM practices, improving operational processes and using PowerShell, Python and AI-enabled tools to reduce repetitive manual work, improve troubleshooting and increase operational efficiency.
