The Opportunity (What This Role Really Means) When a wealth management firm moves onto Practifi, the first thing they judge us on is their data. If a household is missing a member, if a client shows up twice, or if a servicing team points to the wrong advisor, they notice on day one. So do their clients. Right now, quality assurance on those data migrations is handled by whoever is delivering the engagement, on top of everything else on their plate. It works, but it means every client gets a slightly different process and nobody has a clear view of the issues that keep coming back. We're creating this role to change that.
