The role / impact You will build software that helps small businesses understand their performance, trust their numbers and make informed decisions. Your work will support the evolution of reporting at Xero, giving customers more flexible ways to explore financial data, shape reports and trace results back to the transactions behind them. You will take ownership of engineering problems from design through production, balancing performance, accuracy and ease of use.
