This position is also responsible for understanding date entry, master data, yields, formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials. The job duties include responsibility for assuring food safety and for food quality for SRO products. Your Day to Day Preparing, sorting and interpreting data in an organized manner so entries can be efficiently made. This would include matching assemblies with batch tickets. Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower). Ability to read all product formulas, building sheets and bill of materials.
