Position Overview: The Job Developer supports refugee employment success by building employer partnerships and connecting newly arrived refugees to job opportunities. This role leads employer outreach, job placement, resume development, interview preparation, and on-the-job support. Reporting to the Employment Program Manager, the Job Developer works closely with the Employment Team and Refugee Resettlement Department to promote workforce integration and economic self-sufficiency.
