Job Description Turner & Townsend are seeking an Mechanical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) mechanical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. Reporting to senior program leadership, you will enforce technical standards, oversee long-lead procurement specifications for mechanical equipment such as chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling distribution units (CDUs), air-cooled and dry coolers, pumps, and heat rejection systems, and ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes.
