Description Position Summary The Job Developer serves an essential role within the Employment Services Department by supporting people with disabilities in achieving meaningful and competitive employment outcomes. This position develops and maintains partnerships with local businesses, schools, transition programs, and community organizations to create employment opportunities for people supported by RGA.
