Responsibilities Own the design and launch of new, large-scale enterprise builds for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, along with improvements to the consumer app. Design, debug, and test AI agents, setting standards for multi-agent planning, prompt improvement, and error recovery. Lead security and compliance work (SOC 2 and HIPAA) so the agents meet strict health-system requirements.
