Responsibilities Own platform modules from start to finish, such as scheduling, patient messaging, insurance, payables, reconciliation, and credentialing, covering design, rollout, and day-to-day operation. Work with the CTO and customer-facing engineers to turn custom customer solutions into reusable products. Build and run autonomous AI agents in production, adding guardrails, evaluations, and customer feedback loops that tune them automatically.
