The Opportunity We are looking for a Software Engineer to join engineering at Root. In this role, you will work closely with peers on a team within a product domain (e.g. Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, etc). You’ll play a key role in solving customer and business problems in collaboration with your teammates. Salary Range: $136,500 - $160,000 (Eligible for competitive bonus and equity offering) Root is a “work where it works best” company.
