A leading Nordic bank is building a dedicated task force in its Baltic Payments area to deliver its Payment Services Regulation (PSR) obligations and other priority payments initiatives. You lead that task force: you own its planning, priorities, and delivery, and you are accountable for it hitting its objectives on scope, quality, and time. You are the primary interface between the task-force and Baltic Payments management, and you also act as the team’s Scrum Master and delivery manager.
