Ascension posts 104% growth in Indiana job postings

Ascension added job postings in Indiana, rising one hundred and four percent from twenty-four to forty-nine. This surge may be due to increased hiring needs or a change in how the company lists available positions. Aogarciaagency and St. Peter's Health Partners also saw postings rise significantly.

In contrast, overall new job postings in Indiana fell thirty-nine percent over the same period, from six thousand six hundred and forty-seven to four thousand and eighty-one. This fall could reflect a broader slowdown in hiring across the state or seasonal adjustments by employers. The data covers the seven days to October thirteen.

While Ascension and others posted more jobs, the overall picture in Indiana shows a decline. The facts do not provide enough information to determine whether the increase at Ascension is a sustained trend or a short-term fluctuation, though the surge is notable.
